# Manage plans, trials and AI credits

> Understand workspace subscriptions, the three-day trial, renewal and cancellation, traffic allowances and separate credits for AI writing, chat and voice.

Open Billing in the selected workspace to start an eligible trial, choose a plan, change billing settings or fund AI credits. Payments are confirmed by signed server-side events; returning to the checkout success page alone does not grant a plan or add credit.

If your connection closes after payment, reopen Billing and refresh its status. Do not immediately purchase again. Confirmation can arrive after the browser has closed. Contact support with the checkout reference if it stays pending, and never send card details.

Plans renew until canceled. Cancel from Billing to stop renewal; active paid access continues until the scheduled expiry shown there. At expiry, paid tools and public site delivery pause until a new active plan is available. A trial does not start automatic card billing.

AI credit is separate from the subscription. Funding shows the credit amount, service/processing allowance and checkout total before payment. AI generation reserves a bounded maximum, then settles confirmed usage. Review the resulting article or answer; generated text can need corrections.
